We ship via USPS Priority Mail to offer you the most affordable and fastest shipping method possible. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days of ordering.  

My Forever Cowgirl Return Policy:

We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY! We do NOT offer refunds. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with the tags still attached.  Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  

You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. Store credit never expires and can be used online or at a road show location. Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until the return is processed. 

*If there is no note provided regarding an exchange, we will email an E-Gift Card with store credit.  

**FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for Exchanges**

What to include in your exchange/ return package: 

- Eligible exchange or return for store credit items

- Write a note with your name, phone number, email, and shipping address

- A detailed description of what you would like to exchange for

- An invoice or order # (if purchased online) OR (if you purchased in store) a proof of purchase. Either a receipt or a bank statement with purchase.

Once the return is delivered to our Warehouse, it takes roughly 5-7 business days for our team to process, then we will email you an E-Gift Card with store credit or send the exchange item(s).

My Forever Cowgirl is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please let us know within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the order.

Damaged Items:

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the item so we can rectify it for you right away!

We strongly encourage the customer to read the care instructions of each garment before washing to maximize the item’s life span and to retain the quality, as some items have special washing instructions.

My Forever Cowgirl is not responsible for any damaged items due to user error or failure to wash the item correctly.
