Shipping policy

We ship via USPS Priority Mail to offer you the most affordable and fastest shipping method possible. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days of ordering.  

Lost or Stolen Packages:

My Forever Cowgirl is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. We are happy to assist with carrier claims when possible.

Damage upon delivery:

If your package arrives damaged, please let us know within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the order.
