Shipping policy

To ensure fast and affordable delivery, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and most packages arrive within 3-4 business days from the date your order is placed. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

My Forever Cowgirl is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. We are happy to assist with carrier claims when possible.

Damage upon delivery:

If your package arrives damaged, please let us know within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the order.
