Refund policy
We offer returns for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY! We do NOT offer refunds.
All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with the tags still attached. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please send us a message OR email Jforevercowgirl@gmail.com for a shipping address to mail your exchange/return.
What to include in your exchange/ return package:
- eligible exchange or return for store credit items
- note with your name, phone number, email, and shipping address
- a detailed description of what you would like to exchange for
- an invoice or order # (if purchased online) OR (if you purchased in store) a proof of purchase. Either a receipt or a bank statement with purchase.
Once the return is delivered to our Warehouse, it takes roughly 5-7 business days for our team to process, then we will email you an E-Gift Card with store credit or send the exchange item(s).
*Wait times may be longer if we are away at a road show.
Damaged Items:
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the item so we can rectify it for you right away!
We strongly encourage the customer to read the care instructions of each garment before washing to maximize the item’s life span and to retain the quality, as some items have special washing instructions.
My Forever Cowgirl is not responsible for any damaged items due to user error or failure to wash the item correctly.
