The pink on the 7 came off in a spot. My kid had worn them 3 times since getting them. Contacted support and at first they seemed promising saying they would get them replaced or refunded. The owner did call me and at first her tone seemed like she didn’t believe me even though I sent pics. I have tons of 7 for all mankind jeans and NEVER has this happened. They usually stand the test of time. The owner said they didn’t have these in the same size but she would call their rep and see what she could get me to replace them. I even texted her one that could possibly work and she said she would get back to me…. That was 11 days ago and I haven’t heard anything since. So 1 star for quality and 1 star for customer service.

We want to be transparent about what was happening behind the scenes. When a pair is defective, the replacement has to be approved and sent through our representative at 7 For All Mankind. Since your original style was discontinued and the pair you chose isn’t one we carry on our site, we requested it from them directly. We were in contact with them throughout, but approval took longer than usual during their busiest season.
As mentioned in our email, we were able to locate the pair you requested, and we’ve sent you a return label for the original pair. We’ve sold hundreds of Dojos with very few issues, so this isn’t the experience we want for any of our customers, and we appreciate your patience while we got this taken care of.
